There are times in life when we feel a light but persistent weight:an inner slowing down, a diffuse tension, a fatigue that nothing seems to dispel. The demands of daily life—work stress, family dynamics, unexpressed emotions, past wounds—leave their mark on our energy field.
Regaining vital energy
When trauma (whether physical or psychological) occurs, or when we live under pressure, the natural flow of energy can become disrupted.
A hurtful word, an emotional shock, an old fear, repeated stress, a physical injury, surgery: all of these can disturb the natural circulation of energy.
Gradually, some energy flows become blocked, others depleted. The chakras lose their vitality, the aura weakens, and we then feel a subtle imbalance—a malaise that we don’t always know how to name.
Energy healing offers an invitation:
- to free what hinders,
- to revitalize what has weakened,
- to realign what has fallen out of tune.
Energy is in constant motion, allowing life to flow freely.
Energy healing offers a space to restore this inner harmony.
It helps to purify what has accumulated, to revive the flow of energy, and to repair weakened areas of the subtle energy field.

What is energy healing?
Energy healing is part of a holistic approach to well-being.
It is based on the principle that an energy field permeates our body, mind, and emotions.
According to various traditions, when this field encounters a blockage or leakage—related to a shock, prolonged stress, or an unresolved emotion—disharmony can arise.
Thus, the energy therapist:
- perceives or senses areas where energy flows less freely,
- accompanies the vital flow so that it can be restored,
- supports the revitalization of energy centers (chakras),
- and helps to strengthen or stabilize the field that surrounds us (aura), according to the energetic vision.
It is a work that is both subtle and concrete, acting on different levels: physical, emotional, mental and energetic.

Heritage and contemporary adaptation
For millennia, major spiritual traditions have spoken of this energy:
prana in India, qi/chi in China, or life force in the West.
These systems describe energy “wheels” (chakras) or channels (nadis, meridians) through which this vitality flows.
Today, modern energy healing incorporates this vision while taking into account contemporary realities: prolonged stress, psychological trauma, emotional overload, and the digital environment.
These factors are now recognized as potentially weakening our energy field and energy centers.
Harmonize the living
Energy healing works on four interconnected levels:
Each session is unique.
Some people immediately feel a gentle warmth, tingling, or a sensation of lightness.
Others experience more gradual effects: a deeper alignment, increased presence, and lasting calm.
The therapist guides this process within a supportive framework, with the intention of allowing energy to flow freely, releasing blockages, and restoring what has been weakened.
Energetic protection may be implemented to support the integration of the treatment.
In summary
Energy healing can be a complementary therapy:
A session lasts on average 1 hour and 20 minutes.
It includes:

The treatment can be provided in person or remotely, within a specific framework and with a clear intention.
It never replaces medical or psychological care, but it offers valuable complementary support on the path to well-being.
